Industrial grade CIT/MIT Isothiazolone is a type of liquid surfactant which is required in water treatment plants. Its purity level is 1.5%. Free from odor and formaldehyde, this chemical has maximum 1.30 specific gravity. Its solidification point is -1°C. It is soluble in low C2H5OH and water. pH value of CIT/MIT Isothiazolone ranges between 2.5 to 9.0.

It is used for producing oil field fluids, adhesives, dispersant, cutting oil, cleaning agent, wood impregnating factor, etc. Standard of this chemical has been verified on the basis of its processing method, composition, purity, pH value, shelf life, solubility, and chemical attributes.
