Chlorocresol with a chemical formula C7H7ClO appears as a white crystalline powdered with a phenolic odor. This substance is not natural, rather made by human being. It is used for many products, from cosmetics, personal care to leather products, as a preservative and germicide. It is also added to pesticides as it acts as a chemical intermediate.
